These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, forms, and digital communications operated by MLN Builders, Inc., a California licensed general contractor (License #1054900), doing business as DVLP Custom Homes ("DVLP," "we," "us," or "our"). This includes, without limitation:
By accessing our websites, submitting a form, downloading any resource, or engaging in email communication initiated through our websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
DVLP Custom Homes is a design-build construction firm serving West Los Angeles and surrounding communities, specializing in custom home construction, high-end remodeling, and fire and disaster rebuild projects.
Our websites serve as informational and lead-generation resources. They are not platforms for entering into construction contracts, and no contractual obligation for construction services is created by your use of this website or submission of any online form.
All information presented on our websites — including project descriptions, timelines, cost ranges, and process information — is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the specific circumstances, costs, or timelines applicable to your project.
Submitting a form, downloading a resource, scheduling a call, or receiving any email from DVLP Custom Homes does not constitute a binding construction contract, a proposal, a bid, or any commitment by DVLP to perform construction services.
Any engagement for construction services requires a separately executed written contract signed by an authorized representative of MLN Builders, Inc. Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code § 7159, all home improvement contracts must be in writing, signed by both parties, and include specific disclosures required by California law.
Until a fully executed written contract is in place, DVLP has no obligation to perform any services, and you have no obligation to retain DVLP.
DVLP is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) under License #1054900. You are encouraged to verify this license status at www.cslb.ca.gov.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form on our websites. Providing false or misleading information may result in your inquiry being disqualified or any resulting engagement being voided.

By requesting the Fire Rebuild Roadmap, you acknowledge and agree that:
By submitting your contact information through any form on our websites, you consent to receiving email communications from DVLP Custom Homes, including follow-up emails, educational content, project updates, and marketing communications.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related communications relating to an active engagement or contract.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our websites shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
