Professional Referral Partners
If you were referred to us by an architect, designer, real estate agent, or other professional, we may confirm receipt of your inquiry with that referring party. We will not share your detailed project information without your consent.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of DVLP, our clients, or the public.
Business Transfer

Third-Party Platforms

Our CRM platform, GoHighLevel, stores lead and contact data on our behalf. GoHighLevel's infrastructure is based in the United States. By submitting your information, you consent to its storage and processing in the United States.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
For inquiries that do not convert to a project engagement, we typically retain contact information for up to three (3) years for follow-up and marketing purposes, unless you request earlier deletion. Active client records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with California contractor record-keeping requirements.
Your Privacy Rights (California / CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), affords you the following rights:
- Right to Know — You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

Children's Privacy
Our websites and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
